Welcoming staff and great location. We had a junior suite which was good sized and spacious. Lake Lucerne is really close to the hotel. We truly enjoyed an excellent breakfast.

It deserves its 4 stars. The room was good sized and the breakfast was amazing, a wide array of options. Fortunately, free Wi Fi was available.
